Degree in Meteorology from the Federal University of Campina Grande (2003), MS in Meteorology from the National Institute for Space Research - INPE (2005) and Ph.D. in Meteorology at INPE (2010). Held a Post-doctorate at the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique - CNRS / France (2011) by CNPq. Acting in the area of Synoptic and dynamic atmosphere, making climatological studies of atmospheric energetics of large scale systems in South America and adjacent oceans. Currently doing a post-doctorate at INPE by FAPESP in the area of #8203;#8203;climate change, focusing on studies of future climate scenarios and determination of risk areas and population vulnerability.
