Abstract

The objective of this study is to evaluate the productive performance of broilers to the 42 days of age, fed with ration contends two levels of conjugated linoleic acid (0.5% and 1.0%) associate the three oil sources (soybean, oil of fish and flaxseed). The weekly productive performance, the sanguineous cholesterol levels and triglycerides will be analyzed and the corporal composition of the chickens, as well as the economic viability of the used lipids sources. For in such a way, 840 birds distributed in delineation block-type randomized with 7 treatments will be used and 4 replicates. The treatments will be: T1: treatment has controlled - ration formulated without oil addition and CLA; T2: ration contend soybean associated to 0.5% of CLA; T3: ration contend oil of fish associated to 0.5% of CLA; T4: ration contend flaxseed associated to 0.5% of CLA, T5: ration contend soybean associated to CLA the 1.0%, T6: ration contend oil of fish associated to 1.0% of CLA and T7: ration contend flaxseed associated to 1.0% of CLA. They will be gotten given of consumption of ration, alimentary conversion, profit of weight, plasma cholesterol levels and triglycerides, corporal composition, beyond the economic evaluation. The statistical analysis of the gotten data will be made through the variance analysis and will be used the test of Tukey to test the significance to the level of 5% of probability. (AU)
