Abstract

The interaction among plant-animal-environment must be efficient in some proportion for the productivity of the system. The experiment will be installed an experimental area at Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz", Piracicaba-SP. The objective of this study is to evaluate tillering dynamics between two nitrogen-levels in association with three grazing intensitives; to investigate the relationship between post-grazing height and fertilization; to analyze the increase of stem above the post-grazing heinght during the grazing cycles. The treatments comprised combinations among three post-grazing height (20, 30 and 50 cm) and two nitrogen-levels (zero and 400 Kg), with five replications and grazing system of "mob grazing". It will be used the 95% of light interception by the rule of inside the beef cattle. The pasture height, characterization/quantification of structures above the post-grazing, tiller population density, demographic tillering, tillering mass and influence of the leaf area index in the tillering will be measure.
