Abstract The aim of this project is to verify the antimicrobial activity of rhamnolipid biosurfactants against Listeria monocytogenes isolates. Six bacterial isolates will be tested against 3 rhamnolipid samples obtained from different cultures of P. aeruginosa. The antimicrobial activity will be evaluated by broth microdilution technique to determine the minimal inhibitory concentration of each agent agains each bacteria.
