The development of works that favor the analysis of attributes related to precision agriculture is essential, important and strategic for the country development, mainly in agribusiness planning. The current work proposes the application of classical statistics techniques and geostatistics in the development of a Web system that allows the analysis of agriculturel attributes, focusing initially in mapping the risk areas of orange rust occurrence in sugarcane. The intention is to develop the system using the PHP programing language, which is multiplatform, thus, supports several operating system such as Windows, Linux and Unix. The PHP language also allows the direct connection with several relational database. However, it's intended to use the Java programing language when it's shows a better performance. The purpose is that the system allows a statistic analysis, calculating, mean, median, mode, variance, standard deviation, asymmetry and kurtosis. Moreover, the system should show the distribution behavior through a histogram and geoestatistical analisys, verify the spacial variability of the data by semivariogram and make isoline maps using the estimated values by kriging interpolation process. The development of the system aims to provide elements that allow a fast analysis of any anomaly that may occur in the infestation behavior of orange rust in suggarcane, making an advanced decision possible.
