Abstract The project seeks to introduce the undergraduate student to the Molecular Dynamics of nuclear receptor proteins and to prepare him for future graduate studies in this area or related fields. The focus of this project is on the native Tyroid Hormone Receptor (TR) and four important mutants associated to the TR Resistance Syndrome (THRS), in continuity to ongoing research in our group.
