Abstract

This research project deals with effects that the environmental noise has on populations of biological species. This is a project of modeling involving the application of stochastic methods generalized Lotka-Volterra and reaction-diffusion equations in context important in population biology. Emphasis will be given to consider colored noise and effects related with correlations. (AU)
