This project seeks to the three-dimensional computational modeling of reinforced concrete structures with advanced models of structural behavior of your components and of the interaction among these, using the Finite Element Method. The proposal contemplates the development of a platform that combines the functionalities of the program FRANC3D (Cornell University/USA) relative to the generation and pre-processing of models for numeric analysis in 3D, with analysis models they be implemented in the program FEMOOP (PUC-Rio/EPUSP). In this development they intend implementations of constitutive models for the concrete (integrity and embedded cracks) as well as the representation of discreet and embedded reinforcement steel, with modeling of non-linear effects related to the loss of adherence between the steel and the concrete. Two projects financed by FAPESP, in process, they are related the proposal, both described along the text, and they will be benefited by the resources of numeric modeling they be developed her. Recent works in modeling and development of platforms 2D for analysis of concrete structures accomplished by the proposer in your doctorate they will be extended for a platform 3D. The development of your doctorate work included a complete revision of the architecture of the system QUEBRA2D-FEMOOP seeking to the implementation for models 2D, still tends in view your extension to the modeling 3D here proposal. With this, at the end of the period he hopes to count with a system of numeric modeling, combining the systems FRANC3D and FEMOOP, that it allows the three-dimensional numeric modeling of the behavior of the structural concrete, with similar resources those now available with the system QUEBRA2D-FEMOOP.
