The main objective of this work is to study the influence of the moment-to-shear relation in the behavior of the connections between concrete filled steel square tubular columns and I-steel beams through passing bolts. The investigation will be performed by numerical and experimental analysis. It is intended to study the passing bolts-connection behavior considering as main parameter the moment-to-shear relation. In this way, it is expected to identify the load position from which the failure is caused by the shear effect. (AU)
