Abstract

It is known that in stable patients, without immunological events, the occurrence of new DSA (specific antibodies against the donor) is around 20% at the end of two years after transplantation. In addition to there being no studies in the Brazilian population in stable patients, it is not known what the risk factors are for the appearance of these antibodies in the Brazilian population, considering their peculiarities regarding the allocation system and standard immunosuppression.
