Abstract

This project is directed to evaluate different types of modification of the surface of conventional copper electrodes through the formation of metallic alloys with different metals. On such surfaces, the anodic oxidation of ethanol is expected to be facilitated. The most suitable platforms will be used to fabricate more sensitive and selective electrochemical sensors aimed at detecting ethanol in artificial saliva samples.
