Abstract

Currently, with the search to increase productivity in a sustainable way, studies with agricultural bioinputs have emerged. These studies focus on the use of microorganisms with great potential for plant development. This interaction is covered by the use of herbicides with phytotoxic molecules, which hinder plant development, creating research opportunities for microorganisms with the ability to solubilize phytotoxins, thereby reducing their effects on plants and enabling healthier soil. Thus, the present study aims to investigate the effects of herbicides on strains of Bacillus inaquosorum and Burkholderia lata, which were isolated from peanut nodules. The experiment will be conducted at the Laboratory of Biochemistry of Microorganisms and Plants. The experimental design will be completely randomized, with a 2x7 factorial system, comprising tests with and without the presence of herbicide and seven molecules to be used (Imazapic, Triclopyr-butotyl, 2,4-D, Haloxyfop, Pyroxasulfone, Fluazifop, and none). Each treatment will have four replications. Tolerance tests, bacterial growth curves in the presence and absence of microorganisms, scanning electron microscopy, and characterization in terms of N fixation and solubilization of phosphorus, potassium, zinc, and siderophores will be performed. Additionally, production of indole-acetic acid, hydrolytic enzymes, and biofilm production will be assessed.
