Focusing on the education of future theater educators, this research seeks to deepen the identity policies and discussions about the female gender within the educational environment. For this, it observes higher education in performing arts, with the support of decolonial theories, in feminist studies and decolonial pedagogies in order to discuss the creation and production of new imaginaries, allowing the recognition of individuals who escape the gender binary and its norms. It's intended that the study supports future new educators in performative arts with classroom dynamics and in scene with attention to plurality of bodys and individuals with gender issues, race/ethnicity, class, sexuality between others.
