Abstract

Platformized digital markets form extensive private spheres with significant autonomy, redefining sociability, work and political and economic power from the first decades of the 21st century. They are thus associated with the ongoing crisis of neoliberalism and democracy. From a critical and interdisciplinary perspective, with an empirical and theoretical approach, the research seeks to understand the constitution and dynamics of these markets, their impact on the public and political spheres, their regulation and the formation of a counterpublic of platform workers in Brazil. The proposal contributes to a diagnosis of time and its regressive and emancipatory horizons, in the terms of Critical Theory.
