Abstract

The proposal aims at the scientific dissemination of the Thematic Project, using social media. The main activity of the fellow is related to the translation into social media formats, such as Instagram and Twitter, of the contents produced by the investigations of the main and associated researchers, making them more accessible to students and teachers of Elementary and Secondary Education. By associating this initiative with the other efforts carried out by Axis 4, such as video production, we will be responding to one of the biggest challenges of the Thematic Project, which is the strengthening of ties between public universities and primary schools. The scholarship holder's work will be carried out in collaboration with the Scientific Journalist, a scholarship that we are also currently submitting for analysis. The materials prepared by the scholarship holder must circulate in several channels, not being restricted to the webpage https://sites.usp.br/educacaoemfronteiras/. It will therefore be the scholarship holder's activity to create links, seeking to expand the dissemination of the posts. We are aware of the relevance in generating engagement that these formats raise. That is, within the attributions of the fellow is the active search for similar groups and publications in order to create an environment of exchanges, as well as evaluating the ways of interaction of the public with the posts to identify the best approach. To this end, a bibliographical incursion is also planned, with the aim of providing the scholarship holder with strategies mobilized by other groups for scientific dissemination in social media, in addition to provoking a reflection in those and communication in networks and the promotion of scientific inclusion/exclusion by digital means.
