DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES FOR DISSEMINATION OF EVIDENCE OF MORAL RESILIENCE BY NURSES DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Abstract

Objective: Develop and validate the content of an educational technology - podcast, based on a scoping review, to disseminate strategies related to the development of moral resilience by nurses in crisis situations. Method: It refers to a methodological study carried out from three stages: scoping review on the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) model in progress in the larger project that aims to map the available literature on the topic of interest, the elaboration of an educational podcast about strategies used for the development of moral resilience by nurses in crisis situations and validation by experts of the Podcast content. Ethical considerations: The project will be submitted to the Research Ethics Committee of the USP School of Nursing as recommended for research with human beings. Expected results: From the results of the scoping review, it is intended to develop a digital educational resource - Podcast, which will integrate the larger project - RESPONDER - to assist nurses in the development of moral resilience. It is expected that this study collaborates with the training of nurses to recognize conflicts and ethical and moral dilemmas in their professional practice, as well as the coping strategies used by them in crisis situations, such as the development of moral resilience during emergencies and/or global health crises.
