Abstract The objective of the present study is to evaluate in real time in Biacore T200 System (analytical method considered the gold standard), the interaction between human thrombin and human fibrinogen and if peptide inhibitors interfere in this interaction. Moreover, intends to elucidate the mechanism of inhibition of these peptides in relation to the botropic venom serinoproteases.
