The current situation in which the Brazilian real estate market presents itself points to the restructuring of cities, while expressing new economic and social configurations of space, deepening socio-spatial inequalities and highlighting new vectors of territorial expansion. Given this context, the present research project aims to contribute with the thematic project "Socio-spatial fragmentation and Brazilian urbanization: scales, vectors, rhythms, forms and contents (FragUrb)", Fapesp Process no. 2018/07701-8, through the construction and analysis of a database on real estate offers in the period between the years 1995 and 2020 in the cities of Chapecó/SC and Mossoró/RN, that allows to understand the type of real estate product, its uses, prices and differentiated locations and that also allows to analyze the dynamics of the real estate and land market over time and in its spatial dimension. It is expected that the data set will also allow us to interpret the changes and permanences in the production of the city, emphasizing the socio-spatial inequalities, in particular the problematization of the process of socio-spatial fragmentation.
