The research project entitled Digital Landscapes: The example of Caminho de Santiago, is linked to the master's project entitled Interface Landscape: Cultural Routes in Digital Inventories, developed by master's scholarship Lucas Edson de Chico, under the guidance of Profa. Associated Dra. Anja Pratschke, linked to IAU USP and FAPESP Case No. 2021/05842-6. The international research project aims to investigate methods of collection, analysis and information modeling for cultural route management. To this end, it will be used of a varied methodology, consisting of consultation with primary sources, such as structured interviews, consultation with secondary sources, such as iconographic collection, cartographic and bibliographic review, digital platform training and equipment for data collection and modeling, and research in field, for recognition and mapping of the elements of the cultural landscape. The Path of Santiago will be used as a model and case study, being investigated its management models, the elements of the cultural landscape, as natural, material and immaterial. As a result, it is expected that a systemic understanding of the Cultural Route Model can be achieved, as well as a dominance of digital methodologies and procedures for data modeling, in order to apply, based on this study, an equivalent model in Brazil, the Caminho da Fé, central empirical object of master's research linked to this project.
