Abstract

Most Brazilian soils are acidic and poor in nutrients, so the use of fertilizers and correctives is indispensable, however, due to its high cost and exhaustible as in the case of P, technologies such as no-tilage system (NTS), integrated agricultural production systems (IAPS) and plant growth promoting bacteria (PGPBs) have been used as a more sustainable alternative to maintain productivity and quality of Brazilian soils. The study aims to determine the production components and grain yield in soybean and grain sorghum intercropped with Urochloa brizantha, in view of the residual effect of phosphate fertilization, with the absence or presence ofbacterium Azospirillum brasilense in grasses that preceded rotation, in a Oxisol in the low-altitude Cerrado region. To analyze whether or not there is an interaction of residual phosphorus with inoculation on production of cultures. The chemical, biological activity, and chemical attributes will be jointly evaluated.enzyme activity and carbon accumulation in this soil, establishing parameters for the useof this enzymatic activity as a biological indicator of soil quality. In addition toto evaluate the fractions of phosphorus and its dynamics in the soil after 3 years of its application. For this will analyze the components of production and grain yield of the soybean crop,of sorghum and forage, the biological attributes of the soil will be evaluated through themicrobial respiratory activity (ARM), microbial biomass carbon (CBM), metabolic quotient (qCO2) and total organic carbon (TOC) for the enzymatic activity will be verified the ²-Glucosidase,acid phosphatase and arylsulfatase, physical and chemical fractionation will also be carried outof soil organic matter (SOM) and finally the fractionation of phosphorus in the soil. The results will be submitted to statistical analysis by the SISVAR® program.
