The present research has as its object of study the production of diagnoses of learning and/or behavior disorders in the early years of Elementary School. This study aims to understand how the production of diagnoses of learning and/or behavior disorders and the prescription of medicines for children from 1st to 5th grade of elementary school in a municipal school in Bauru have been occurring during the Covid-19 pandemic period. . In addition, it intends to identify the main diagnosed disorders, the form of treatment intended for them, the school's actions and the contributions of School and Educational Psychology to face such difficulties. This is a qualitative research, through a case study, having as a source of data school records, municipal documents, questionnaires and interviews that seek to achieve the proposed objectives. The theoretical framework used will be Historical-Cultural Psychology, based on the dialectical-historical materialist method, from which a theoretical study of bibliographic review will be carried out that will allow to broaden the understanding of the production of diagnoses of disorders related to schooling. With this, a study will be carried out that proposes to contribute to the improvement of the quality of the schooling process in the initial series in which the greatest difficulties identified in numerous studies in the area of School and Educational Psychology are found.
