Abstract The dicamba herbicide has been used to control weeds that are difficult control, but during application they may show drift, volatility and other processes in the environmental dynamics. Thus, the objective of this research project proposal will be: i) to determine the efficacy of dicamba for: carurus (Amaranthus deflexus, Amaranthus hybridus, Amaranthus retroflexus and Amaranthus viridis), black prick (Bidens Pilosa), dairy (Euphorbia heterophylla), rope-viola (Ipomoea grandifolia and Ipomoea nil) and white-fed (Senna obtusifolia; ii) determine the acute toxicity (CL / CE50) of dicamba to aquatic and terrestrial bioindicator organisms: Lemna minor, Pomacae canaliculata, Hyphessobrycon eques, Cucumis sativus; Solanum lycopersicum; Lactuca sativa and for worm Eisenia foetida; iii) analyze the dicamba volatilization according to NBR13238; 2020 and determine the toxicity of the dicamba volatilization for Cucumis sativus; Solanum lycopersicum and Lactuca sativa and iv) effect of underdoses for Cucumis sativus; Solanum lycopersicum; Lactuca sativa. For the efficacy of the weeds, the herbicide will be applied in the vegetative phase of the plants in the doses:0,094; 0,187; 0,375; 0,75 and 1,5 L ha-1. For aquatic ecotoxicology, four plant colonies with three fronds will be selected for each container, the fish used will be at the maximum density of 1,0 g L-1 and the snail between 2,0 and 4,0 g and for terrestrial ecotoxicology the test plants will be selected applied after the emission of the trird true leaf and the worn E. fetida with a mass of 300 to 600 mg, the concentrations for the concentration-response adjustments will be: 0,1; 1,07; 3,4; 11,6; 36,4 and 118,0 mg L-1. To analyze volatilization in the laboratory it will be according to ABNT (2020) and for the toxicity of volatilization in non-target plants it will be according to the methodology of Ferreira et al., (2020). For the purpose od drifting in non-target plants, after the emission of the third true leaf, the plants will be transplanted and then the sub-doses will be applied: 120; 60; 30 e 15 g i.a ha-1. | |
