Abstract

This project aims to develop nanofibers from the compounds of poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) and the copolymer poly(vinylidene fluoride-cohexafluoropropylene) (PVDF-HFP), together with a derivative of graphene, reduced graphene oxide (rGO), through the electrospinning technique, producing PVDF/rGO, PVDF-HFP/rGO nanofibers in different concentrations, analyzing the morphology, structural stability, optical and electrical properties. Thus, the PVDF, and PVDF-HFP nanofibers with the addition of rGO, at different concentrations, will be characterized through spectroscopic techniques: visible ultraviolet (UV-Vis), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), morphological techniques: optical microscopy (OM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), in addition to electrical characterization by means of DC electrical conductivity measurements. The results obtained will contribute to the development, both as the electrode and in the active layer, of hybrid organic photovoltaics (OPVs) and piezoelectric devices.(AU)
