Abstract The project presented is an action research aimed at surveying and recording courses of action and self-efficacy vectors for young people attended by PODHE (Project Observatory for Human Rights in Schools). Based on the ethnosociological perspective (Bertaux apud Costa & Santos, 2020), the survey will be carried out through the analysis of their stories of life (idem) and consolidated in documentation produced by the researcher, as well as self-produced by the interlocutors, the theme of the reports being previously defined, based on the profile of each group. Such material, associated with what is generated in the reflection groups (Sardenberg, 2018) will allow listing the recurrences in the courses of action and the positive and negative variables of self-efficacy (Bandura, 1997). Within the great axis of Education in Human Rights (EDH), the fight against gender inequality in all its aspects (hegemonic social roles, corporeality, affective experiences and sexuality) will be specially worked. Derived from the joint analysis of life stories and reflection groups, recommendations and actions will be proposed to strengthen the individual agency, aiming to consolidate self-esteem, social protagonism and the development of sensitivity to the assumptions defended by human rights, not only in the dimension of gender, but in all its stock.
