The purpose of this respective study is to analyze body satisfaction and eating behavior, in nutrition students of the feminine sex, one and three months after an intervention based on the Mindfulness Based Eating Solution "Eat for life" protocol. This is a randomized clinical study developed on a digital platform, in which an intervention group (IG) will receive two maintenance meetings related to a previous intervention, while the control group (CG) remains on a waiting list and without intervention. Seventy-seven students participating in the CAAE project number 35920720.1.0000.5440 will be recruited, of which 38 of them will be included in the IG and 39 in the CG. For evaluation of the post-intervention follow-up, questionnaires translated and validated to Portuguese will be applied through the Google Forms platform to assess body satisfaction (Body Appreciation Scale-2 - BAS-2), body appreciation (Body Shape Questionnaire - BSQ), intuitive feeding (Intuitive Eating Scale-2 - HEI-2), disturbed eating attitudes (short version of the Disordered Eating Attitude Scale - DEAS-s), orthorexia (ORTO-15) and mindfulness (Mindful Attention Awareness Scale - MAAS). Data processing and analysis will be performed using the SPSS software, adopting the level of significance of 5% (p d 0,05) for all tests. (AU)
