Characteristics of the Cerrado soil in different production systems after use of agricultural plaster

Abstract

The use of integrated agricultural production systems (SIPAs) has been widespread in agriculture in order to avoid soil wear or degradation, with the benefits of the accumulation of organic matter and the physical conditioning of the soil and, for this, the use of agricultural plaster becomes an interesting resource as it can be used as a source of sulfur (S) and calcium (Ca) and as a subsurface conditioner, resulting in greater root development of crops. Thus, the objective is to assess which of the methodologies for recommending the use of agricultural plaster in different sustainable production systems provides better conditions for the structure of sandy soil in the Cerrado region. Methodology methodologies by Raij et al. (1996), Methodology of Sousa, Lobato and Rein (2005) and Methodology of Caires and Guimarães (2016) in two sustainable systems of agricultural production: no-tillage system (SSD), agropastoral system (SAP). The following evaluations will be carried out: specific surface (SE), laser granulometry (GL), infrared spectrometry with Fourier transform (FTIR) in the 0-0.10 m layer, physical attributes in the 0-0.05 layer, 0.05-0.20 and 0.20-0.40m and chemical attributes in the 0-0.20m and 0.20-0.40m layers in April 2020, with assessments of physical attributes in October 2017 and chemical attributes in October 2017, April 2018 and 2019.
