Prevention of violence against children and adolescents: a bibliographic analysis of preventive actions in Brazilian schools to combat sexual violence

Abstract

The various types of violence, as well as their forms of prevention, are themes that have acquired greater constancy in international and national scientific research, in addition to greater notability in the public and media debate. It is known that violence, in general, affects social groups in different ways, and in this sense, children and adolescents stand out as part of the population massively affected by these phenomena. Through the Critical Communicative Methodology, this research has the central objective of highlighting the theoretical contributions present in international and national scientific articles on the theme of preventing sexual violence against children and adolescents, focusing on the identification of preventive actions carried out by Brazilian schools. The survey of the bibliography to be analyzed will take place through the bases: Scielo, Scopus, Google Scholar, ERIC, Web of Science and PubMed.The specific objectives of this research are: a) to identify, in general, information on the theme present in international and national articles; b) correlate the information presented by the international and national literature on the prevention of child violence; c) to identify the exclusionary and transforming dimensions pointed out by these literature; and d) analyze data from System and Life World.
