Abstract

Access to services of Brazilian Public Health System (SUS) through Primary Care - considered care coordinator and organizer of the Health Care Network (RAS) has found several weaknesses, compromising universality and equity of access, integrality of actions, longitudinally of care and resoluteness of cases. Furthermore, this study emerges with purpose of understanding access quality to Basic Care health services from the perspective of users, health workers and managers. It is a descriptive-exploratory research in qualitative approach that is part of a larger project entitled "Health management strategies for improving access to and quality of basic care services"(Fapesp n. 19/03957-0). Data will be collected at Primary Care units of a city in State of São Paulo through individual interviews with users, managers, and health workers, observing techniques of sampling by theoretical saturation to conform the sample. Moreover, data will be rated by thematic content analysis, observing three stages proposed by selected referential and will also be structured on an analyzer flowchart. All research ethical aspects with human beings will be respected. All results of this study are expected to understand the access to Primary Care services from the perspective of users, managers and health workers, in order to identify weaknesses and potentialities of access in health, with future objective of creating strategies to improve findings.
