The project for research internship abroad proposes the investigation of circus, its interlocutions with dance, and circus dramaturgy at Concordia University. The objective is deepening in the theme to understanding the creative possibilities with circus and, this way, identify how mode of address works in this scenic art, essential to the theoretical and practical development of the master's research in Brazil. Under Dr. Louis Patrick Leroux's supervision, it is intended the observation of rehearsals and/or creative processes of an artistic production in a professional school or with a local circus company, the participation in discussions of "Montreal Working Group on Circus Research" and in the 2020 Summer Seminar taught by Dr. Louis Patrick Leroux at Concordia University. Therefore, field research will be done with participant observation in artistic processes, shows and interviews with artists and researchers, discussions with local researchers and intensive study in the Seminar. The observations will be registered in diary, in photos and videos, and analyzed in relation to recent production in the circus dramaturgy field, and all these actions will give substantial contribution to the research the scholarship holder develops in Brazil. This internship is part of master's project in Performing Arts "Endereçamento no processo criativo de cenas e videocenas: relações entre cinema e artes presenciais", process 2018/25696-1, which the student develops from Arts Institute of University of Campinas.
