Restoring power distribution networks determines the switch operations required to isolate a faulty zone from the grid to minimize the operating costs associated with disconnecting loads and the number of switch and breaker state changes in the restorative state. In addition, the final restoration topology should ensure that system operating restrictions are respected so that node voltage magnitude limits, branch current magnitude limits, feeder capacities remain within established safety limits. And the radial operation of the distribution network. This scientific research work aims to develop a tabu search metaheuristic to solve the problem of restoration of electricity distribution networks in order to minimize the powerless demand after the failure, considering the operational restrictions of the network. The methodology will be implemented in JULIA programming language and will be tested using a test system and a real network from Campinas / SP region.
