In the absence of direct observation of physics beyond the standard model in LHC, precise tests of the theory require higher precision. The decay width of the Higgs boson into bottom quarks is known up to fourth order in the strong coupling, alpha_s. In this work, using the knowledge of renormalons of the perturbative series and the method of Padé approximants, we will study the higher terms of the perturbative series in alpha_s for this process. The goal is to accurately predict these contributions and thus reliably obtain the error due to the truncation of the perturbative series, contributing to the precise knowledge of the decay width of the Higgs into bottom quarks in the standard model.
