Compelling evidence pinpoints that pulp tissue engineering after the transplantation of stem cells is possible. tissue. The application of bioengineering tissues with therapeutically approaches, based on the homing of stem cells, in endodontic treatments, has shown promising results in which bioactive molecules in a conducive scaffold may attract resident cells to form pulplike tissue. This approach appears to be more clinically feasible, practical and affordable than transplant’s of stem cells. In a previous study, the application of regenerative endodontics was investigated in rodents' vital teeth based on the homing of stem cells from periapical tissues within natural scaffold (blood clot) in the root canal, which resulted in the formation of connective tissue similar to the dental pulp. In the present study, we have the following objectives: (a) to develop and characterize scaffold based on hydrogel; (b) to investigate the release of the substances secreted by stem cells (secretomes) and incorporated in scaffolds; and (c) to analyze in vitro cellular responses to scaffold. The scaffold will be developed from the decellularized extracellular. Then, this scaffold will be characterized in terms of biochemical composition. The secretomes obtained from the dental pulp isolated cells, which are characterized as stem cells, will be incorporated in the scaffold; and the effect of functionalized scaffold in the proliferation of stem cells in vitro.
