Associated to the scholarship:18/22888-7 - Development of prototype furniture for preschool children: articulation between sustainable design and inclusive design, BP.IC

This research project is an integral part of the research under development entitled "Prototype furniture development for preschool children: the link between Sustainable Design and Inclusive Design" (Process No. 2018 / 22888-7). The main voltage of knowledge to design the product focused on sensory components and toys was the 5th age of the visually impaired child. Therefore, the application for a scholarship abroad (BEPE) aims to provide a theoretical foundation on the design of sensory products with emphasis on children's toys with a view to the European market, as well as to design and produce a physical model, promoting in order to integrate the research projects (in force in Brazil and BEPE). This research project has a methodological structure that is divided into: a) Theoretical deepening on sensory product design; (b) The market analysis industry is synonymous with a European market; c) Projective development with generation and selection of alternatives; d) Experimental execution of physical model in laboratory; e) Registration and analysis of the research results. Finally, it is expected that the present project will be complemented with the theoretical practice and research practice underway in Brazil and thus contribute with the help of research in the areas of Product Design, Sustainable and Inclusive Design.
