In the process of parametric amplification, entanglement comes naturally from the creation of photon pairs in two fields from the annihilation of one or more photons from the pump field. For the higher efficiency of this process, we may use an optically dense atomic vapor of atoms and use the high value of its third order susceptibility close to the atomic resonance.Our goal is the coupling of multiple modes of the electromagnetic field using an atomic vapor of rubidium pumped by two fields with a small separation in their frequency, producing a cluster of entangled states. This kind of entangled structure allow the quantum information processing in continuous variables. The cluster is generated in a ladder state, and has the advantage of direct access to information in multiple fields by the homodyne and self-homodyne techniques developed in our lab, allowing the rapid detection of the entanglement structure in the generated fields. The information processing can even use multiple cascaded amplifiers leading to a chain of information processing in continuous variables of the electromagnetic field.This proposal shows a simple alternative for the analysis of states generated in the optical domain by the groups of Univ. of Virginia (O. Pfister) and Lab. Kastler-Brossel in Paris (C. Fabre and N. Treps), now in the radio-frequency domain. It will use the parametric amplification technique developed by A. Marino (U. Oklahoma). We keep close contact with all those groups. The measurement techniques can be further improved by the proposals of Avi Pe'er (Univ. Bar Ilan, Israel), where a cooperation between the groups is under discussion. (AU)
