Abstract

The NeuroMat projects heavily include the study of networks associated with a stochastic process. Those studies are either done empirically with the simulations of network, by exact proofs or a combination of both. An important problem is to determine the class of graphs which best describe the networks underlied in brain processes. This will be the first and most important aim of this project. This study will allow to refine the simulations and studies of neural models. The neural of random graph will be needed for those models as graphs will display structural changes over time. The NeuroMat lab works with many dataset coming from its diferent lines of research, this allows such a project to be possible.
