It is estimated, with the development of this intention of study, to map the academic-professional profile of teachers teaching Mathematics in Pedagogy courses, as well as characterize the processes undertaken for mathematical training and / or teaching of this in the undergraduate degree in question. We assume that it is necessary to investigate who the trainer is, since the correlation between their practices and the ways of conceiving teaching and learning can significantly interfere with the attitudes of future teachers in this field of education. school knowledge. To this end, the methodological delineation will be carried out with a qualitative analytical descriptive approach in which content analysis will be fundamental to the data treatment. The information necessary for the development of the study will be gathered on the basis of the documentary analysis of the "Mathematics Teaching Fundamentals and Methodologies", the teaching plans and also a questionnaire that will be applied with the teachers responsible for the subjects of Mathematics in Pedagogy courses. In terms of results, we believe that the proposal is rich and promising when proposing to detail / characterize / map which is the professional that forms the teacher who will teach mathematics in the first years of schooling.
