Abstract

The research Anachronisms: the images of time in Don Quixote de la Mancha, financed by FAPESP is developed at UNESP, Campus of Assis, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Hélio Rebello Cardoso Júnior. The purpose of this research abroad, Heterocronisms: the images of time in Don Quixote de la Mancha, is to study different texts of the work of Warburg, Didi-Huberman, Gillez Deleuze and Jacques Rancière to understand the concept of heterochronism in the images of the time immanent to work Don Quixote by Miguel de Cervantes. From readings to the present, we believe that it is of great importance to deepen the discussion of research in a transdisciplinary bias, between Art History, Aesthetics, Literary Theory and Theory and Philosophy of History, to move forward from the point of view theorizing of images when thinking about the texture of literary writing. The research will be developed at the "Center Prospéro: langage, image et connaissance" of the Université Saint-Louis-Bruxelles under the supervision of Prof. Isabelle Ost. It is through this theoretical intersection that we can consider and understand the two images of the time (Christological and Baroque) present in Don Quixote as a temporal manifold characterized by the anachronistic montages of time, so we can understand the same ombra as the creation of another rhythm temporal that doubles and unfolds in the virtuality of the infinite baroco horizon.
