Abstract

To Perceiving the colours occurs through the vision physiological apparatus, and its interaction and processing data incoming by the central neural system that builds meaning and relation with space and time which each individual is involved. The visual perception is responsible to promote access to visual arts for individuals, by Reading paintings and recognizing or signifying what is portrait through colour and form. However, such perception isn't uniform for all individuals, especially those who have dyschromatopsia, well-known as colourblindness. The dyschromatopsia with the highest incidence in the world is deuteranopia, where the individual has normal physiological apparatus, with abnormalities in the activation of photoreceptor cones, responsible for the colour distinction, reacting erroneously to certain wavelengths of light captured by the eyes. Considering the difference of the perception of colour among individuals with deuteranomaly-type dyschromatopsia, those who don't have it, we question the difference on the reading made by colour-blinds related to realistic paintings adapted and not adapted to them. Applying present principles in AI (Artificial Intelligence) technologies developed by MIT (through the request of the Internship Scholarship (BEPE-IC) as glasses and lenses adapted to individuals with vision with dyschromatopsia, to realistic paintings, developing an artwork series adapted to them. The relations between the perception of the natural colour represented in images and its relations with the temporal perception between individuals with deuteranopia is raised.Key-words: colour perception, colourblindness, dyschromatopsia, realistic paintings, adapted artworks, comparative temporal perception, watercolour, artistic accessibility.
