The last decades of the XX century were marked by a period of productive restructuring and the rise of an economy centered around information. The formal, stable, salaried work becomes increasingly substituted by another dynamic, which is oriented towards flexibility, prioritizing temporary labor force, being organized through projects, shifting the work journey, the work space and the mobilization of subjective qualities of the individuals. These transformations are specially seen in the Information Technology area, origin of the Technologic Revolution and of the new labor organization methods focused on flexibility, which is vital to a competitive, globalized capitalist system. Our research will focus on comprehending, through a case study, which ways the workers experience this flexible organizational model spread by the IT companies and what are their perceptions around the matter, observing how they affect the worker's health, personal life and subjectivity. The case analyzed is a digital marketing company located in the city of São Carlos - SP and the research will be conducted mainly through interviews, following a semi-structured plan.
