Within a context of rapid urban and social changes, it is of great importance to think about actions aimed at the preservation and conservation of heritage assets. When taking as a case study the FEPASA Complex of the city of Jundiaí, and looking at the reality, which the asset is inserted, there is a question: how can we seize this railway space so that we may think about its activation in the daily life of society? The theoretical path that we try to develop this question comes from works such as Merleau-Ponty's, Fenomenologia da Percepção (1999), Guy Debord's, Teoria da Deriva (2003), and Michel de Certeau's, A Invenção do Cotidiano (2008). On the other hand, the connection between the patrimonial theme and the methodological procedures based on the phenomenological experience of the built heritage is anchored on the work of François Choay, A Alegoria do Patrimônio (2001). It was also considered author-architects such as Juhani Pallasmaa (2011, 2016), Peter Zumthor (2006, 2009), Steven Holl (2011) and Josep Montaner (2014, 2016). As a general objective, this research aims at apprehending the space of the FEPASA Complex of the city of Jundiaí from perceptive derives, to identify and record the spatial practices that occur in the place, in addition to establishing synergies with its users. Initially, we seek documentary and bibliographic sources related to the topics studied and the FEPASA Complex of Jundiaí. Then, through the phenomenological experiences (PALLASMAA, 2011) and the livingness during the derivations (DEBORD, 2003), it is possible to apprehend the patrimonial space and its daily practices (CERTEAU, 1999) to compose a psychogeographic cartography. At the end, it aims to raise questions about the current situation of the space studied to assist in its preservation through subsidies for activation actions. (AU)
