Abstract

The aim of this project will be to analyze the biomechanical strength of screwed unitary prostheses on external hexagon implants, made by different techniques and ceramic materials. Thus, fifty specimens will be made, by two different techniques (conventional technique and digital flow) and crown materials in five levels, being G1) Metaloceramic; G2) Coping milled with lithium silicate reinforced by zirconia dioxide and application of feldspathic ceramics; G3) Coping milled in zirconia and application of feldspathic ceramics; G4) Monolithic lithium silicate reinforced by zirconium dioxide; G5) Zirconia oxide monolithic, and time in two levels evaluating torque and torque (digital torque wrench), vertical and horizontal marginal discrepancies (3D optical microscopy) and time in two levels (initial and after mechanical cycling), fracture resistance (EMIC) and ceramic failure pattern (Steriomicroscope and SEM). The data from the measurements of each type of analysis will be submitted to the SigmaPlot software and analyzed in relation to the normal distribution (Shapiro-Wilk test and equality of variance), and then the data will be submitted to the most pertinent statistical analysis according to the results , a significant value of 0.05 will be adopted.
