Abstract

This project intends to study new all-optical fibre sensors and devices in collaboration with Prof. Heike Ebendorff-Heidepriem from the School of Physical Sciences from University of Adelaide, Australia. Chemical and biological sensors will likely be the main (but not exclusive) focus with strong interaction with researchers and students from the 'Institute for Photonics and Advanced Sensing' and the 'Centre of Excellence for Nanoscale BioPhotonics' at University of Adelaide.
