The incessant demand in the current Dentistry for restorative materials that mimic the natural teeth led to the emergence of hybrid ceramics. By joining the favorable properties of ceramics and composites, it is considered as a promising alternative for dental restorations. Some studies have been carried out with this new material to test the mechanical strength, elastic modulus and its behavior in the buccal medium, but the literature is still scarce. The present project aims to analyze the wear resistance of a hybrid ceramics after thermocycling, storage in water and mineral oil.
