This aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of irradiation with low-level intensity laser (GaAlAs-660nm) on the bisphosphonate-induced osteonecrosis. The animals will be randomized divided in 3 groups (10 animals/group): Control group - administration of saline apply daily for 90 days, beginning 60 days prior to extraction of the first molar; Alendronate group - administration of alendronate apply daily (1 mg/kg/day) for 60 days when the first molar will be extracted; Group Alendronate/Laser: alendronate administration apply daily (1 mg/kg/day) for 60 days when the first molar will be extracted, from this period the animals will receive daily administration of subcutaneous injection of saline and irradiation with GaAlAs laser (660nm), after 30 days the animals will be euthanized. It will be perform micro-tomographic and histomorphometric analysis. The results will be analyzed statistically.
