Abstract

The goal of the present research is to learn new laboratory techniques and correlate them with the development of the current project "Effect of diets with different protein levels on the longevity of Apis mellifera bees exposed by ingestion the sublethal dose of Glyphosate herbicide", FAPESP process 2017/19035-0. During the internship, the techniques used for the analysis of Phenolic/Polyphenolic/Flavonoid Compounds by means of high performance liquid chromatography coupled to a diode arrangement detector (HPLC/DAD) will be monitored. Mass spectrometry (LC-MS) will be used to confirm flavonoid structures. Total Flavonoids and Phenolics, as well as the Determination of Antiradical Activity will be obtained by spectrophotometry.
