Abstract

Quantum teleportation plays a key role in transmission and processing of quantum information. It can be used to enable the interaction of quantum systems operating at different wavelengths, with the help of entanglement and a classical communication channel. In this spirit, we propose the generation of a tripartite entangled state with different colors using an optical parametric oscillator. We will teleport the state generated in the pump field, at 780 nm (compatible with the D2 line of Rubidium atoms) to the downconverted fields at 1560 nm (compatible with the telecom C-band), creating structures for quantum information processing over these wavelengths.
