Abstract

The present project is based on the research problem: What positions and tensions can be highlighted regarding the Reform of the High School (RHS)? The investigation has as general objective to characterize some existing positions and tensions regarding the RHS (Since the publication of MP no. 746/2016 to the sanction of Law 13.415/2017). And, as specific objectives: to characterize the legal aspects of RHS, from the analyze of the legislative processes that define it (since the MP until the Law), describing its procedure, within of the legislative and executive powers; discuss the interpretation made by teachers that act at a Professional and Technical School from São Paulo state about the RHS. For this purpose, documentary analyzes will be carried out on the portal of the National Congress, the Civil House, individual interviews with managers and professors from the investigated school and also the organization of a virtual group of discussion, made by teachers, at a social media. The research is characterized as qualitative in education of exploratory-descriptive nature. (AU)
