We propose in this project a preparatory study to the analysis of Vladimir Lenin's Conspectus on Hegel's Logic (1914), what would be the next part of our main research in Brazil. Given the character of Lenin's work, a set of sparse and often disconnected notes on Hegel's notorious Science of Logic, we infer that, as prerequisite to correctly apprehend the Conspectus, a detailed assessment of the Hegelian Logic is an utmost necessity to continue the research. As such, in order to apprehend Hegel not only through Lenin, but before and foremost in itself, immanently, an investigation is proposed, divided in two phases: 1) the study of Hegel as independent entity from the Conspectus, analyzing his philosophy both in general, as well as in particular - as in his Science of Logic -; 2) the grasping of Hegelianism as already interpreted by the materialist lens of Vladimir Lenin, comparing and scrutinizing the most notable contrasts of his annotations with the original Logic. Given the dryness, peculiarities and overall complexity of the Hegelian thought, our aspired enterprise would be impossible without proper aid and an adequate place of research. Mastering the subject, Stefano G. Azzarà, professor of the Università degli Studi di Urbino, is then proposed as an ideal supervisor, having already approved and showed deep interest in this project.
