The specific goal of this proposal is undertake an analysis about the importance of local party organizations as an interference factor for elections in the municipal, estate and federal level, especially after the change promoted for the 2015 Electoral Reform, specifically regarding the corporate donation prohibition. This change may have altered the relevance of parties in the electoral scenario, making local party organizations a source of resources for political mobilization. In this sense, the Electoral Reform and the end of corporate donation may have strengthened party organizations, increasing the advantage of parties that have municipal directories, and may have become a point of weakness for parties that only use the provisory commissions to indicate candidates. Moreover, whether or not the party organization importance has increased to rises votes and electoral victory probabilities for the candidates after 2015, this theme steal needs to be profoundly studied in our context, especially concerning the importance of the formal structures to organize and support the candidatures to achieve their electoral goals. This is one the gaps that is work aims to fill. Therefore, the main objective is to understand better the party organizations (in its different strands, sizes e ideological trends) and verify whether their local structures mobilizes resources to promote candidacies to mayors, state and federal deputies.
