The aim of this study is to evaluate the bond strength to the dentin over time of polymeric materials obtained by CAD CAM using different cementation systems. Fourty caries-free third molars will be used, of which flat mean occlusal dentin will be exposed. On this surface will be cemented blocks of Polymer with ceramic load (LAVA Ultimate CAD CAM Restorative); Or polymer-strengthened ceramics (ENAMIC CAD CAM for CEREC) with conventional resin cementation systems (Rely X ARC 3M ESPE and Adper Single Bond 2) or resin cements for CAD CAM (RelyX Ultimate and Adper Single Bond Universal). Then, microtensile specimens will be obtained to check the bond strength to the dentin. From each tooth will be obtained sticks to check the bond strength in two times 48 hours and 6 months. The microtensile test will be carried out in a universal test machine at a speed of 0,5 mm / cm2. The data will be submitted to ANOVA and the Tukey test will be used.
